Intro

The “Sennaria” on the road to the Lukmanier Pass is a modern and unconventional establishment. Besides classic Graubünden organic mountain cheese and specialities made from sheep's and goat's milk, it even produces flower cheese.

An extraordinary building, designed by the famous architect Gion A. Caminada – and a cheese dairy that combines the craftsmanship and culture of Surselva with state-of-the-art production technology.
