On 8 and 9 June 2019, UNESCO World Heritage sites in Switzerland are opening their doors for a celebration! World Heritage sites are true witnesses to the history of the earth and mankind. They tell stories about the origin of the country and are part of Switzerland’s identity. Each of these places stands for authenticity, quality and diversity that extend across generations. Although each site is unique, they all have one thing in common: the universal value that they share with the global community.
