Yoga fans can now experience the Indian teachings directly on the piste: In four “quiet zones”, Yoga on Snow can be practiced independently or under expert guidance of the Suvretta Snowsports School.
The four locations deal with various Yoga themes. For example: “OM – Arrival“, “PRANA – life energy and breath“, “VINYASA – connecting movement and breathing”, and “ASANAS – stability, strength and balance“.
Yoga on Snow lessons can be booked individually or as a group at the Suvretta Snowsports School.
