Overview
Who thinks of Rapperswil usually has the castle in mind. The medieval town on Lake Zurich has more to offer, however. Just how much more can be experienced every Saturday: on a guided tour of the old town. This public stroll through Rapperswil leads from the lake quay to the main square, to the rose gardens, to the Capuchin monastery and deer park, all the way to the castle – and beyond. While strolling through the picturesque lanes, one hears legendary tales, amusing anecdotes, and all sorts of interesting facts about the small world on Lake Zurich. In German and English.
