Zermatt is located at the foot of the Mattehorn in the Valaisan Alps in south of Switzerland at 1620m of altitude.

The ski area is connected with the one of Cervinia - Italy, by the Theodulpath 3300m and Testa Grigia.
Zermatt is car free! No motor vehicles are allowed in town.
Horse slegges and carriages, electro-cars and bicycles are the only allowed means of transportations.
This is the best requirement for a relaxing and recreative holiday.
