The oldest managed mountain hut in Zermatt accompanied the beginnings of tourism and alpinism as early as 1850, when the Matterhorn had not yet been climbed and the Blatten was still a small teahouse.

With us, there's more on the plate than just food. We reinterpret traditional ingredients in a contemporary way.
