We try to cook down-to-earth, varied and healthy food. The focus is on fresh, regional products.

With us, there's more on the plate than just food. We reinterpret traditional ingredients in a contemporary way.

The oldest managed mountain hut in Zermatt accompanied the beginnings of tourism and alpinism as early as 1850, when the Matterhorn had not yet been climbed and the Blatten was still a small teahouse.

Enjoyment variety in a stylish ambience. From our alpine-casual dining restaurant "Veranda", to the delicatessen restaurant "Marie's Deli" and Josef's Wine Lounge.

Choose from a fine combination of Valais specialties and delicious home cooking: venison schnitzel, cheese fondue, salads, lava stone grilled meats and fruit tarts.

Also in terms of culinary delights we are the somewhat different mountain restaurant. Holger's great experience in vegetarian cuisine is reflected in our curry dishes.

Since the winter of 2015, the restaurant Ried directly on the ski slope belongs to Z'ART. We are very happy to welcome you all soon on the mountain if possible.

Chez Vrony is one of the few restaurants that still uses its own organic produce from livestock fed solely on alpine grass.

A restaurant and mountain hotel at 2,606 m above sea level on the Fluhlalp. Here you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, light meals and drinks. The menu is really extensive for a mountain restaurant.

In summer and winter, the offer includes excellent gourmet cuisine with traditional and Mediterranean dishes, exquisite wines and always attentive service.

The ice buffet & bar is a modern self-service restaurant with a rich offer: from traditional Swiss Rösti, Älpler macaroni in a giant pan to Asian delicacies.

Homemade pasta and co., modern Italian cuisine with delicious twists is served here. The light wood paneling in the restored chalet from the 1940s creates a cozy atmosphere.

Rothorn Ristorante Pizzeria offers a varied and high quality cuisine from traditional Italian gastronomy.
