Overview

The Alpen Resort Hotel, at the foot of the world-famous Matterhorn, is located 300m from Zermatt train station. The Sunnegga and Gornergrat railways can be reached in a few minutes. The 4 star hotel has a spacious wellness area with heated indoor pool, a whirlpool and an outdoor whirlpool, children's pool, sauna, steam bath and a 42 degree warm onsen pool. Our Matterhorn restaurant offers Swiss and Italian specialties à la carte and as half board. The Grill Restaurant Hornox offers meat and veige dishes from the open grill. Many of our rooms offer a panoramic view of the Matterhorn.
