Our culinary offer: 🔥 Grilled suckling pig - fresh, crispy & hearty 🍷 Wine enjoyment from the Pinot Noir region
We welcome you to the fall festival in Hallau and invite you to visit our cantonal wine museum.
You will be guided from the top floor with its original bottle collection, the winter workshop, the distillery and the cooperage to the first floor through the Rimuss room and the vine nursery.
After the interactive presentation of the Schaffhausen winegrowing communities, the themed groups on winegrowing and the wine pressing in the former barn section, the tour ends in the vinotheque on the first floor. The vaulted cellar in the basement can also be visited.

🔥 Grilled suckling pig - fresh, crispy & hearty The gastro team is looking forward to spoiling you with culinary delights. (Saturday from 17.00 & Sunday from 12.00)
This year Roman Röthig & Jürg Hirsbrunner will be at the grill
