Sound meditation

Intro
Welcome to the here and now
This hectic everyday life can sometimes be quite overwhelming. That's why it's so important to treat yourself to moments of mindfulness every now and then.
Take time to focus on yourself and do something good for your body, mind and soul.
Sound meditations offer a unique opportunity to relax deeply and reach a state of inner peace.
By using singing bowls, monochord, gong, koshi and other instruments, sounds and vibrations are created that penetrate deep into the body and release tension and blockages.
The body and mind are thus influenced in a harmonious way.
The sound meditation lasts 40 minutes (this is the correct duration).
