Das Casa Alpina Belvedere ist ein Bergrestaurant und eine Pension. Mitten auf der Alp Grüm auf 2189 m ü. M. schlägt es die Brücke zwischen dem Engadin und dem Valposchiavo.

Description

Inspiriert von der umliegenden Region bieten wir eine kleine, feine und hausgemachte Auswahl an Gerichten, ganz nach dem Motto «weniger ist mehr». Was auf der Karte steht, hängt von den Kleinproduzenten ab, die Nachhaltigkeit auch wirklich leben. Auf der Alp Grüm isst man herzhaft, vom Feld in die Pfanne, ehrliche Qualität, kompromisslos – und vor allem mit viel Herzblut.

Kommt vorbei, geniesst unsere traditionellen Klassiker und trinkt ein Glas dazu.
