Marie Robert and her partner, Arnaud Gorse, opened Café Suisse in Bex seven years ago. Marie, who is in charge of the kitchens, proves – with admirable determination and at the age of just 27 – that when it comes to excellence, women can hold their own in the ruthless, largely male-dominated world of gastronomy.
