Information
Description
Le Normand'Agiez is a combination of tradition, regional products and the creativity of the young hosts Mariana and Tanguy. He comes from Normandy, feels at home in the countryside and adds a few notes from his native France to the restaurant's menu. She is of Greek origin and is self-taught in the kitchen out of love, and with success. Le Normand'Agiez is the reflection of a community project that is not lacking in ideas.
Perfectly cooked meat is a trademark of the restaurant: game from hunters in the fall, the heart of the beef fillet as chateaubriand the rest of the year. Vegetarians or less hungry guests will be delighted with the fish tartare and vegetable carpaccios. The small selection of open wines changes regularly. The desserts, for their part, pay tribute to regional desserts, which are sometimes enhanced with local wines or schnapps.
