Description
With the "Little Istanbul" we pick up a piece of tradition again and go back to the roots of the popular meat - skewer on the grill.
Each order is freshly prepared à la minute in front of the guests. We use light yogurt sauces and freshly grilled vegetables. The highlight of the original kebap is and remains the delicious pita bread. It is finished on a special oriental oven (Sac), rolled with the fresh ingredients and served in a sustainable sandwich paper.
Our "little istanbul" combines fresh products from the market prepared in a homey kitchen.
