We work regionally and seasonally out of conviction. We consciously reduce our food so that every product has its place on the plate.
Information
Description
The Zähringer is a neo-brasserie. Here we take tradition further, in a contemporary way and with attitude. Our cuisine moves between classic brasserie, modern product cuisine and influences that reach beyond borders. Familiar things are rethought, simple things are allowed to have depth. The decisive factor is the product and respect for what is created from it. For us, the Zähringer is a place for encounters, good conversation, enjoyment without haste and an atmosphere in which you feel at ease.
We work regionally and seasonally out of conviction. Consciously reduced, so that every product on the plate has its place.
