This is a 3-hour gathering for healing in community. We come together to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect - with ourselves and the nourishing field of shared presence.

This is a 3-hour gathering for healing in community. We come together to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect - with ourselves and the nourishing field of shared presence.
We begin with group grounding, relational mindfulness, and coherence building to bring into our collective awareness the various themes and intentions we arrive with. These practices are led in English. Then, participants will receive Craniosacral Therapy or Presence Touch sessions from one of the community healing practitioners present.
Craniosacral Therapy and Presence Touch are fully clothed bodywork modalities that work through gentle, subtle contact, supporting the body’s innate capacity to self-regulate and heal. When held within a communal space of safety and stillness, this work deepens. This is how the seeming boundaries between individual and collective healing soften.
Some aspects of healing can only unfold in the attuned presence of others. Relational trauma requires healing in relationship.
We believe high-quality therapeutic presence and attention should be available and accessible to everyone, regardless of social and financial circumstances. This gathering is a small gesture toward that collective vision. This event is donation-based (20-50 CHF suggested), though nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. Any donations offered will be used to support future Healing in Community events.
When we heal in community, we also heal community.
