Introduzione
Concert by Marina Viotti and the Junior Academy
Named "Lyric Artist of the Year" at the Victoires de la Musique classique (2023), Marina Viotti shines on the international stage, effortlessly navigating between different types of repertoire to break down the barriers of classical music. Accompanied by Gabriel Bianco on guitar and Leonard Disselhorst on cello, she performs a captivating programme that includes French melodies, songs inspired by Hispanic music, and more popular pieces. In the first part, the Junior Academy, made up of young musicians who are winners of the Swiss Music Competition for Youth, will present the fruits of their labour under the expert direction of Maurice Steger.
