The Swiss soprano Regula Mühlemann is one of the most sought-after singers of her generation and is celebrated on international stages for her radiant timbre and subtle interpretation. With the program "Heimat", she takes up a theme that has accompanied her since her album "Lieder der Heimat": the connection between images of nature, inner longing and musical origins. Franz Schubert's songs form the poetic core of the evening and enter into a dialogical exchange with works by Swiss composers, which Mühlemann has particularly cultivated for years.
Together with pianist Tatiana Korsunskaya, her long-time Lied partner, and horn player Konstantin Timokhine, she unfolds a warm, colorful sound space that makes well-known masterpieces and rarely heard treasures audible in new facets.
