Introduzione
PESTO made from wild herbs: make your own wild herb pesto with the plants you have collected. Sent, PostBus stop «Tuffera» or Triench parking lot (below the cemetery)
Participants go on a short hike to look for fresh wild herbs. The collected plants are then used to make your own wild herb pesto, which can be used as a dip, spread, with jacket potatoes or pasta.
