The group house Lagerhaus Schule Giswil is situated between Lake Sarnen and Lake Lungern in the centre of Switzerland, in the midst of the extensive rural community. Two minutes on foot to the grocery store, ten minutes to the railway station, to the Wildbach, to the woods, to the Vita Parcours, twenty minutes to the lake, 15 minutes by car to the ski region Mörlialp. Giswil is situated at the main axis between Lucerne and Interlaken and can be reached by railway and car (twenty minutes from Lucerne) and can be reached all year through.
In its immediate proximity can be rented: gym halls with climbing wall, sports facilities (including soccer pitches), beach-volleyball grounds, diverse school rooms, music rehearsal room and wrestling cellar.
Ideal for hiking, biking, cycling, bathing and trekking.
Trip destinations: Open-Air Museum Ballenberg, Museum of Transport and Communication Lucerne.
The camp house is located at the bicycle routes number 4 and number 9.
Please note that you have to bring your own sleeping bags and fitted sheets. Only pillows are available.
