You will enjoy a fine match of “Beer and Burgers” designed exclusively by Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière. On the basis of beers selected by Alexander Rockinger of the Brasserie de Couvaloup in Apples, Chef Stéphane Brioschi offers a menu that is in each case in harmony with the beers on offer.
