During this conference, we will discover that these works are not merely objects to admire: they are an invitation to transform our perspective on ourselves and the world. Each colour, each gesture, each symbol maps a specific region of our existence, whether it be anger, desire, fear, or joy. An ancient wisdom, surprisingly close to our daily lives, then unfolds before our eyes. An evening accessible to all to enter into the magic and mystery of Tibetan art.
Fabrice Midal is a philosopher, writer, and founder of Reso, a meditation school that conveys a vibrant, secular, and embodied approach to Buddhist spirituality. He has trained for many years with great masters of Tibetan Buddhism and is now dedicated to transmitting their teachings through a clear, concrete, and accessible approach.
His journey has led him to explore in depth the art and symbolism of Tibetan Buddhism, to which he has dedicated several works, including Mandalas: rediscovering the unity of the world (2010) and Myths and Tibetan Gods. An entry into the world of the sacred (2000).
