Inleiding
Every year around 5 September, Freddie Mercury's birthday, Freddie Days brings together fans from around the world in Montreux.
The "Freddie Celebration Days" offers mostly concerts and workshops involving people who were close to Freddie Mercury. The success of the event is growing from year to year.
For the several hundred people, who come from the four corners of the world to meet and share their emotions, there could be no more symbolic or essential focal point than the statue of their idol, which perhaps calls to mind something Freddy Mercury often used to say: "If you want peace of mind, come to Montreux".
