Vital 65+ is a guided exercise program for people age 65 and older who want to maintain or improve their strength, flexibility, and stability in everyday life. The program is suitable for all fitness levels and requires no prior exercise experience.
In the 50-minute sessions, you’ll specifically target your muscles, balance, and coordination. The functional exercises are based on everyday movements such as standing up, carrying objects, walking, and maintaining balance. As a result, the program helps you move more confidently in your daily life and stay active and independent for as long as possible.
Each session begins with gentle mobility exercises and simple warm-ups. These are followed by individually tailored strength and movement exercises. The session concludes with light stretching and relaxation exercises.
The focus is not on peak performance, but on controlled movements, body awareness, and personalized guidance from a professional coach. The training takes place in a pleasant atmosphere with a small group. x30 is QualiCert-certified and recognized by health insurance providers.
