Experiental learning is one of the most powerful and effective ways to learn.
Horses are looking for the same leadership qualities as people and will easily follow and respond to leaders they trust. By observing a horse’s response to a request, individuals become aware of how they come across to others. Horses provide instant feedback in response to underlying thoughts, feelings and emotions that subconsciously influence one’s behaviour. The workshops are designed around these four topics: communication, respect, trust and leadership. Leadership training and teambuilding with horses is one of the most powerful and effective ways for those who wish to accelerate their learning in the areas of leadership and teambuilding. No prior horse experience necessary, all exercises are done on the ground (no riding).
