Inleiding
A traditional Swiss buffet featuring hearty meat dishes, classic side dishes, and a delicious dessert buffet—including barley soup, all served all-you-can-eat.
At the traditional Metzgete at the Hotel Panorama, a lavish all-you-can-eat buffet featuring a variety of meat and sausage specialties awaits you. If you’d like, start with a delicious barley soup and round out the evening with a varied dessert buffet.
Enjoy a barley soup without bacon, followed by a generous buffet featuring a variety of blood and liver sausages, bacon, spare ribs, pork and tongue sausages, boiled beef, and tongue in white wine sauce. This is served with dried beans, sauerkraut, and boiled potatoes. The sweet finale is a dessert buffet featuring Grandma’s-style crème brûlée, meringues, vermicelles, vanilla and strawberry ice cream, and whipped cream. The soup, buffet, and dessert are all-you-can-eat.
