Yoga at Castel Grande
Overzicht
Inleiding
In the months of May and June, immerse yourself in yoga with some teachers who will alternate every week proposing various styles of yoga.
The attendance does not require registration and the class is open to all levels; participants are only asked to bring a yoga mat.
Access can be from the pedestrian walkways starting from via Orico or Piazza Collegiata or with the elevator in Piazza del Sole.
Thanks to the renewed support of the City of Bellinzona and the Sports Authority, the lessons remain free.
