Introdução

Ter refeições deliciosas e hospedar-se majestosamente é possível no hotel administrado pessoalmente por Astrid e Jean-Yves Drevet, cozinheiros de primeira. A antiga cervejaria do século 18 dispõe de três salões com ótima atmosfera para banquetes, seminários, conferências e festa de família, com muita madeira e pedras naturais. Jardim de inverno pitoresco, terraço ensolarado. A cozinha premiada com 17 pontos GaultMillau e três chapéus é uma tradição por si só.

Descrição

The original brewery from the 18th century has been converted into a gastronomic restaurant and a very comfortable romantic hotel. Four minutes' drive from the train station, it offers its guests peace and relaxation in the shade of tall trees, in an idyllic setting on the riverbank and very close to the remains of three mills from the 16th to the 19th century.

The former brewery from the 18th century offers ten romantic rooms with lots of natural stone, wood and selected antiques. The imposing, historic building is located in the idyllic Seyon gorge, and the old town of Neuchâtel is just a 15-minute walk away. Authentic atmosphere, cosy sun terraces and excellent top-class cuisine. The gourmet restaurant under the chef has been awarded 16 Gault Millau points and is a delight for all the senses.
