The well-earned dessert is at the Bäckerstube restaurant. But the crowning glory of this gourmet circular hike is the magnificent landscape, with idyllic winter forests and snow-covered hills. With the white limestone pavements of the Schrattenfluh and the Brienz Ridge always in view.
