Introdução
The Art Museum St.Gallen offers an attractive programme of exhibitions of international significance and as a treasure trove of exhibits from Eastern Switzerland is home to a rich collection of paintings and sculptures from the late Middle Ages to the present.
The Art Museum contains international contemporary sculptures as well as paintings and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries. The collection focuses on Dutch, German and French art. The neoclassical building was designed by architect Johann Christoph Kunkler (1877).
