Introdução
The Fishing Museum, external section of the Malcantone Museum, is situated in Caslano (Ticino). The museum, inaugurated in 1993, is in a small house in via Campagna, surrounded by a park.
The permanent exhibition includes hundreds of objects distributed in six rooms on two floors. In the park, where the museum organises a highly appreciated fish-tasting event every year, one can see three old fishing boats, two from Ceresio and one from Verbano, with their relative equipment.
