Embedded in the majestic Silvretta group and the impressive Raetikon, the Praettigau offers good weather in summer or in winter with a wide variety of adventure pursuits in natural surroundings. Despite the immediate proximity to the world-famous destination Davos Klosters, the Praettigau has been largely spared from mass tourism.
A valley for discovery and enjoyment: A unique variety is reflected in the hosts, from Gault-Milaau to «real, rustical, original». The offering is varied and oriented to the local culture. There are cosy double rooms lit by candle light or more modern hotels, sometimes with a direct view from the cheminé lounge to the sheep pastures. This may be a little peculiar, but in the Praettigau everything was and is a little bit different...
