Attraction at Mont-Fort: the Mont 4 Zipline covers a distance of 1,400m and a difference in altitude of 383m at speeds of up to 130km/h.
The magnificent Mont 4 Zipline starts at 3,330m above sea level, making it the highest in the world and the longest in the Alps. The descent takes you from Mont Fort over the Tortin Glacier to Les Gentianes. Breathtaking views included!
The descent is 1,4 kilometres long and can reach speeds of more than 100km/h. The meeting point is at restaurant Les Gentianes (zipline arrival platform) at the appointed time. It is important to be in Siviez or Verbier with the confirmation or key card one hour beforehand. The journey to the starting point then takes place by chairlift/gondolas and two cable cars.
This activity is only open to persons aged over seven years (minimum weight 30kg, maximum weight 130kg). It is not recommended for pregnant women or for people who suffer from vertigo, heart problems or other health issues.
