Description
For over 100 years, we have been baking according to traditional recipes and creating new delicacies again and again. In 1892, our great-grandfather Eduard Nussbaumer opened his first store in Oberaegeri. Exactly 100 years later, the fourth generation, Jürg and Andi Nussbaumer, took over the business.
Today, 70 employees and 9 apprentices are at work every day. In over 1400m² of bakery space in Cham, bakers and confectioners work meticulously by hand to ensure that our seven branches in the cantons of Zug and Zurich, as well as 100 major customers, are supplied with crispy fresh baked goods and fine patisserie.
Man does not live by bread alone:
With our traditional company, we also bear responsibility towards the people and the economy of the region. That is why we prefer to choose suppliers from the Zug region and are involved in social projects for those in need.
