Information
Description
The restaurant is the perfect place for any occasion: whether it's lunch or dinner for two or with friends, a family or corporate event, a party or a special occasion.
SALOTTO 1962 Restaurant's à la carte cuisine, overseen by experienced and renowned chef Kenny Oberholz, offers a selection of delicacies using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Appetizers, pasta and risotto, meat and fish dishes are all classics of the Mediterranean tradition. Each dish is a unique culinary journey. Theme nights and culinary events are organized throughout the year.
In the wine cellar you will find more than 250 wine labels. Marco Morra, our Maître Sommelier, advises guests in choosing the most suitable wines. At the bar, Andrea Pesce prepares classic and modern drinks, suitable for both aperitifs and after-dinner digestif.
In summer, SALOTTO 1962 moves to the terrace and offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden.
The summer ambiance is complemented by AL BARETTO, an informal and cozy poolside lounge bar nestled in the greenery of the park.
