Four routes of varying degrees of difficulty; total 45 km. On the "Helsana Swiss running/walking trail", both beginners and more athletic walkers will learn the correct techniques for walking, Nordic walking and running. There are also tips about strengthening and stretching exercises, coordination training and the correct intensity of training. All routes begin from the church in Mettau.
