Description

The Berghotel Mettmen is located at 1,600 m above sea level in the middle of the Glarus region. Hikers and nature lovers, climbers and mountaineers, fishermen, alpine farmers and seminar participants as well as guests of a wedding party feel just as much at home here as ice divers, snowshoe hikers and ski tourers do in winter. The combination of nature, activity, enjoyment and the infrastructure of our new mountain hotel are unique here on the Mettmen-Alp.

Summer season ended, winter season start on 27 December 2025 Holidays: 20 October - 26 December 2025 WINTER SEASON 2025/2026 27 December 2025 - 4 January 2026 Open all day 9 January - 29 March 2026 Friday (from 1.00 p.m.), Saturday, Sunday Dinner service in the restaurant starts between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm. The restaurant is open until 11 pm. The wellness area is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. there is family wellness, before and after the use of the wellness area is allowed from the age of 14. The rich breakfast buffet with local products is served from 7.30 to 9.30 am. The room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
