On the same plot of land in La Chaux d' Abel near La Ferrière (Berne, Switzerland) are the holiday homes Neuchâtel and Jura. Each unit can be rented separately, bed and kitchen linen is included in the rental price.
The Neuchâtel house is two-storey and has 23 beds in 7 rooms, two lounges, plus a studio with 3 beds and a small kitchen.
Our over 300-year-old Jura farmhouse is a jewel. It has an apartment with 8 beds and a mattress dormitory with 25 beds. The kitchen is newly fitted, with gastro washer, large refrigerator and freezer. The living room with the beautiful tiled stove and the stylish furnishings is very cosy.
The terrain is huge and safe. Our mules, highland cattle, wool pigs and chickens graze at a safe distance. Excursions to the Franches-Montagnes, La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel are possible by train. Cross-country skiing trail almost in front of the house. Cheap, family-friendly ski resorts in Les Bugnenets-Savagnières and Les Breuleux.
We offer horseback riding and trekking with mules, carriage and sleigh rides. For your family or company event, we recommend to let us spoil you with a game or highland cattle BBQ.
The overnight price includes the Jura-Pass for free travel with the regional public transport. The overnight accommodation prices refer to the entire object and are preferential prices for schools and families.
