Hôtel Borsari
Overview
Hotel Borsari has 50 rooms and is a Member of Design Hotels (Marriott). Opened in April 2025, this establishment located in the city center of Martigny is characterized by its red bricks. It draws its identity from its history and its territory, and invites everyone to experience it.
The Hotel Borsari is part of the Quartier Lô Dzè, a unique complex that includes Les Bains Publiques (Roman baths, unique in Switzerland), Le Café Alphonse (coffees, juices and home-made pastries), La Saucithèque (wines, Valaisan dry meat, and tapas) and Le Cercle restaurant. The central courtyard serves as the Quartier's terrace and is a perfect place to meet people.
The baths are located underground. The old wine vats(the borsaris) dating from the 19th century have been majestically transformed into baths with different temperatures, reminiscent of Roman customs.
