Built in 1910 and later tastefully renovated, the hotel on the shores of Lake Thun owes its exclusive location with views of the lake and the mountains to the pioneering spirit of the developers. The cuisine is closely associated with the region: fresh catch from the lake, legendary BaBouChi fondue, wine tasting in the cellar, member of the table fellowship “zum goldenen Fisch”.
