Intro
The modern 3-star superior Säntis – das Hotel opened in late 2015. 68 spacious rooms and junior suites with high-end box-spring beds and oak hardwood floors. Located right next to the Säntis aerial cable car. Large sun terrace, several restaurants, bar, smoking lounge. Seminar and banquet rooms for up to 160 people. Relaxing wellness area. Parking spaces, underground parking, roads kept clear all year.
The three-star superior hotel «Säntis – the Hotel» on the Schwägalp impresses with 68 rooms that offer a breathtaking view of the Weidwald or the Säntis. Our guests can relax in the wellness area with bio steam bath, Finnish sauna, relaxation room, experience showers and wellness path. Our restaurant serves local cuisine in a modern ambience. Evenings can be rounded off with a nightcap in the rustic smokers' lounge or at the hotel bar. The option of having breakfast in the hotel or on the Säntis at 2502 metres above sea level rounds off the unique experience.

Wedding
Couples celebrate the most beautiful day of your life in the dreamlike mountain world of Säntis, high above the clouds and float into happiness at 2502 metres above sea level! The Schwägalp and the Säntis offer countless possibilities - and this in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Europe. You have the option of celebrating in the valley or taking the cable car up to Säntis for an unforgettable experience - be it for the aperitif and/or dinner. Even the wedding ceremony can be celebrated on the Schwägalp; in the idyllically situated ecumenical mountain chapel. The various banqueting rooms on the Schwägalp and the Säntis are equipped with an excellent infrastructure, which enables an individual and varied celebration.
Typically Swiss Hotel
The hotel, which opened in 2015, boasts a unique location right next to the valley station of the Säntis aerial cable car - for which a free summit bound and valley decent is included in the overnight price. Modern architecture with lots of wood and glass, magnificent views of the summit. Culinary delights served at the restaurants include traditional Appenzell and Swiss specialties. Cosy Schwägalpstube, large sun terrace. Located in the heart of the Schwägalp/Säntis hiking and natural adventure park. PostBus stop outside the hotel.
Seminar Hotel
At the foot of the Säntis, right by the Schwebebahn valley station, a peaceful location surrounded by nature and enjoying unique views. Modern, bright meeting rooms in different sizes available at the hotel and high up on the peak: develop new projects while enjoying panoramic views of six countries. Regional cuisine in three restaurants on the Schwägalp and Säntis, wellness close to nature including an outdoor Kneipp trail. Elegant rooms in a superior alpine style and with plenty of atmosphere.

The hotel is open all year round, with the exception of the night of 24 to 25 December.
The wellness area is available to hotel guests from Monday to Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and from Friday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
