The 7132 Therme is located in the heart of the village of Vals, where the only thermal mineral spring in Graubünden emerges from the ground. Architect Peter Zumthor built it from quartzite and concrete. Various indoor and outdoor pools invite you to Baden in warm to hot thermal water.

What to experience

Meditative bathing course

You move through various indoor and outdoor pools. The 30 degree warm thermal water of the St. Peters-Quelle surrounds you in rooms made of quartzite, concrete and light. The thermal baths open your senses to scents, sounds and contact with stone and water of different temperatures. You experience Baden as an original ritual.

  • Good to know: Children from the age of 6 may enter the pool with adult accompaniment.
  • Tip: Buy tickets online early – the thermal baths are often fully booked.

Night bathing on Wednesday

On Wednesdays, the thermal spa opens from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. for night swimming. You will experience the architecture and the thermal water in a nocturnal atmosphere. The reduced lighting intensifies the meditative mood and makes Baden in the thermal baths a very special experience.

  • Good to know: Children from the age of 13 are allowed to go night bathing with adult accompaniment.
  • Tip: Mobile phones and other devices with cameras are not allowed – enjoy the peace and quiet.
