The Verrée Vaudoise is available in the Castellan’s dining room, enabling visitors to gain insight into the local wine culture.
Anyone planning a guided tour of Chillon Castle should not miss the chance to attend a Verrée Vaudoise. Visitors can taste the Clos de Chillon in a specially designed room – the Castellan’s hall. This Grand Cru made from Chasselas grapes is stored in 40 oak barrels beneath Switzerland’s most visited castle; it goes particularly well with fish or cheese.
