Enjoy a summer's day in the Dolder Wellenbad on the Zürichberg in Zurich. Swim laps in the 50-metre pool or spend time with the family in the children's and paddling area with slide tower – surrounded by greenery.
Dolder Wellenbad at a glance
The Dolder Wellenbad is located in the middle of the forest on the Zürichberg and can be easily reached by the Dolderbahn. In addition to a 50-metre pool for sporty swimming, there is a paddling pool and a children's pool with a sun sail. A slide tower, play area, table tennis, volleyball, football and a yoga meadow complete the outdoor pool. The traditional pool looks back on almost 100 years of history.What to experience
Swimming in the 50-meter pool
In the 50-metre pool you can swim your laps or enjoy a relaxed cool-down. The pool is separate from the children's and paddling area and offers plenty of space for sporty swimming.
- Good to know: Swimwear and buoyancy aids are available in the on-site shop.
- Tip: On the upper deck above the cabins you will find additional sunbathing and relaxing areas.
Fun and games for children
In the separate children's pool with awning, the little ones can splash around protected. The slide tower and the adjacent play area provide varied water fun and make the pool particularly family-friendly.
- Good to know: The children's pool is shaded by a sun sail.
- Tip: Between the slide tower, play area and paddling pool, there is a lot for children to discover.
Exercise and relaxation in the countryside
In addition to the swimming pools, table tennis, volleyball, football and a yoga meadow invite you to exercise. On the spacious sunbathing lawn at the edge of the forest you will find sunny and shady places to relax. Right next door is the Dolder Minigolf.
- Good to know: Sun loungers and parasols can be rented on site or brought by yourself.
- Tip: Combine your visit with a game of mini golf at the neighbouring course.
