Intro

Gymnastik für Seniorinnen und Senioren.

Fit im Alter ist Gymnastik für Seniorinnen und Senioren. Die Stunden bringen mehr Bewegung in den Alltag. Trainiert werden Rücken und Haltung und geübt, wie man Stürze vermeiden kann. Es werden Übungen

am Boden mit Übungen im Stehen oder Gehen mit Musik kombiniert. So bleibt der ganze Körper beweglich und kräftig.
