Emotions, social networks, sleep, physical activity, consumerism and gender differences are just some of the themes addressed to help us better understand what is at stake during this intense period of life. The exhibition also offers practical tips on how to take care of your mental health on a daily basis, and how to spot signs of discomfort. This project was proposed by Julie Robyr, who holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in children's rights, in collaboration with the Crans-Montana library and the Youth Department of the Crans-Montana Association of Municipalities.
