Music from Around the World In his new program, the classical guitarist Han Jonkers contrasts music from various cultures. In addition to works by German Renaissance and Baroque composers like Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Friedrich Handel, he plays "The Castle of Mir" (Mir = Peace) by the Belarusian composer Galina Gorelova, and "Djilile" (Song of a Duck by the Riverbank) by the Australian composer Peter Sculthorpe.
