The Breathwork session helps you to release your stress and process suppressed emotions.
In this transformative breathing session you can expect an active breathing meditation in combination with selected music, active movement and gentle touch. The breathwork session supports you in releasing stress and processing suppressed emotions.
A 60-minute active breathing session awaits you. During this time, you will dive deep into your subconscious and create space to integrate unprocessed stress cycles. The connected breath supports you in releasing unprocessed emotions and opening your heart.
Stefanie Blösch is a trained Intesoma breathing coach and Ayurveda expert and accompanies you in a trauma-sensitive way.
The Breathwork Session is open to all mentally healthy people.
