Dive into the heart of Gruyère traditions at the Moléson alpine cheese dairy!

Every day from May to September, watch the traditional wood-fired cheese-making process.An authentic immersion into the ancestral craftsmanship of the region – to be enjoyed with family or friends.

Visit times:9:45 am : cheese-making3:45 pm: cheese ripening

An audio-visual presentation is also available to explore the secrets of cheese-making outside the demonstration times.

An unforgettable experience, combining heritage, indulgence, and authenticity!
