Intro

Allgemein öffentliche grosse Führung im stillgelegten Eisenbergwerk Gonzen.

Die Führung, die Sie von der Grösse des Bergwerks und der darin geleisteten Arbeit beeindrucken wird, beginnt mit einem Film, der viele Informationen zum Gonzen und seiner Geschichte liefert. Danach fahren Sie, ausgerüstet mit Helm und Stollenlampe, durch den 2 km langen Basisstollen ins Berginnere. Ab dem dortigen Bahnhof führt ein ca. 2-stündiger Rundgang durch Stollen, über Fahrungen, Galerien und Bremsberge, vorbei an Abbaufeldern, Silos, Gerätschaften bis zur Galerie 5 - genau 85 Meter über dem Hauptbahnhof - und wieder hinunter.

Die Führung ist ab ca. 12 Jahren geeignet. Gutes Schuhwerk tragen und Jacke mitnehmen. Die Temperatur beträgt 13 Grad.
