The Kurtz family has been running the farm for about 45 years. Today, Andreas Kurtz, Martina Neuenschwander Kurtz, and their children Florian and Alexandra work together on the family farm. The farm is run according to Demeter guidelines and is home to goats, cows, pigs, bees, chickens—and, of course, horses.
